If the Kleins are continuing to be problematic in completing the purchase of SVH, then Steven McAuley should do what he indicated in the question and answer video and just close that operation and remove it once and for all from Empower Clinics. Just put an end to any liabilities. It has taken a lot of his time and effort and frankly there is no need to prolong the inevitable.  That's just my personal opinion.
