The basic reason for the sp is not with the company...they keep building on the business model and executing well.

The problem is with the CSE and their lack of monitoring of illegal or "naked short selling".  It goes like this...the company releases news, the short sellers sell into the news until the buying dries up, the sp falls off, the short sellers buy back at lower prices.  This is done in cooperation with some of the big 5 banks or well known brokerages that don't declare the shorts (in other words, the stock certs are not really exchanged).  This is done with impunity on the CSE (credible exchanges don't allow this) so there is no downside for them.  Eventually, we will get onto another exchange with credibility where this BS isn't allowed and there are real investors.  I'm in until then.
