I hope you are your families are doing well. Steve thank you again for doing this Q&A. The Empower Army is getting stronger and we have full faith in your leadership and the direction of where this company is headed. Here are my questions:

1) How is the relationship with Sheila Copps going?

2) How are the operations in the US doing? Would you consider selling them if necessary?

3) You mentioned listing on the Nasdaq in the future. What would be your timeline to get there? 1 year? 2 years?
