I believe yes - and even more so.  I believe that in the next few months that most covid testing will likely be used by major corporations and travel related companies which would not be able to afford the negative press that would come with a massive spread of infection.  Not that I want Empower to prosper because of what I think is a bad move by Texas, but I believe they will.
