ELVA filed F-10, SEC Form F-X (on the tape this morning) a basic boiler plate for any residual actions as a result of an offering to be handled by an assigned agent for the issuer.

Probably, Inventory build capital and "over the top" funding for Jamestown.

This will be received favorably in the marketplace. 

Don't be surprised if the large order OEM (still unnamed) takes a % of the offering.
