My understanding is the cells are made in China using Electrovaya's tech. and the seperators are manufactured in Japan. This is not China tech. it is Electrovaya's IP. I would assume the Jamestown will supply North American clients and I am thinking they will establish module and pack assembly either themselves or possibly JV with Sumitomo in Japan and continue cell procurement from their Chinese supplier for customers in Asia. Remember they are working on multiple projects with Sumitomo.
