Thanks, it looks like they went past overembellishing.  I read where AI is a bit of a turnoff now.

My conclusion now is that the perception of this company could improve in better hands, a new, fresh outlook and management that doesn't carry that kind of baggage.  They have been at this for a lot longer that I realized.
