I see a lot of red painted everyday with high openings for no reason and then it drops and closes lower. It's been happening for years.

They awlays worked with government projects and they all went nowhere after years... i think they need to quit "working with the governments" and work only directly with end user business, other OEMs, and need to expand production and sales to the East and list in Hong Kong maybe go Hong Kong!
