Not sure about PIPE, but it sure looks like Raj is positioning for some deals.

Yesterday, on the ELVA LinkedIn they posted Raj's second interview on BizTV. He seems to indicate, they will be shipping product to Japan soon. Was also very upbeat about his trip to Cali, right at the end of the interview.
