Oh,  I am sure there is a joint venture in Japan coming.  I am just not sure yet of all the participants.  In any case, I would think a joint venture partner would like to see a working process.  That means Jamestown would have to be producing.  Unless of course the toll manufacturer is using the dry emvironmentally safe process.  Since the cells are currently made in Asia with lax environmental laws, I doubt that is the case.  So Electrovaya let's get on with the Jamestown build out....
