Message: Combining last two conference calls

Here is a synopsis of the last two conference calls, I think there is plenty to look forward to.  -Backlog highest level in their history.  -Shipping batteries to e-commerce site in Australia, Colgate in Thailand and lots of sites in S. America.  -Shipped to global aerospace and defense corporation. -Received additional orders for diesel replacement systems.  -Latest OEM partner shipped significant number of electrified class 1 through 3 vehicles (suspect Toyota) which we are beginning to see growing opportunities for. This OEM has a significant number of internal combustion vehicles for which there are legislative pressures to electrify. -Meaningful engineering services revenue tied to a key development program with one OEM partner. Expect this development program to eventually lead to significant revenue potential as THESE products move frem engineering and development to production by the end of the year. It looks to me like the engineering program is centered around Toyota electrifying some of their internal combustion models which would be a huge increase in revenue in my opinion.  -In talks with multiple large bus manufacturers and in late stage negotiations with well established multinational bus manufacturer for electric transit bus with planned start of production late 2025. This contract could have potentially similar revenue profile as our current OEM customers in material handling sector.  -Established relationship with one of the four largest Japanese trading houses. Already bid on a number of OEM projects through this trading house. In dicussions with several OEM partners and expect to have a customer win in the near-term. This does not include any energy storage opportunities which we know they are working on as well. Looking at expansion further down the road in Japan and Europe.
