Raj said the environmental reviews were going faster than they were led to believe based on other companies environmental review times.  I think the reason for that is Electrovaya is not using the old tried and true cell manufacturing process with hazardous solvents.  They have developed their own manufacturing process that is environmentally friendly.  Thus the reduced review time required.

Since Electrovaya is working with the new prospective customers to develop these new hi votage batteries, they have feed back from their own engineers and prospective customer management as to the time line.  Jamestown schedule will be a "Just in time" startup.

After all, Electrovaya is profitable and does not want an idle plant to draw off the profitability.  Be patient !
