Refinancing of debt was completed Feb. 14. It includes a buffer.

ELVA is only waiting on the confirmation of the gov. capital financing for Jamestown phase 1. This is expected at latest, April.

ELVA is also applying for grants and financing from the DOE. Application is due March 19. For phase 2 and 3 at Jamestown.
