As of 06/30/2023, there were 32,980,842 outstanding shares, 3,466,269 outstanding warrants and 4,772,388 outstanding stock options for a total of 41,219,498 potential shares - this info came from an investor presentation dated Oct. 25, 2023.

But now I'm looking at the new January 2024 Investor presentation. As of 9/30/2023, there are 33,832,784 outstanding shares, 1,711,924 outstanding warrants and 4,714,388 outstanding stock options, for a total of 40,259,388 potential shares. 

I'm not sure about how to account for the decrease in total shares - maybe some warrants or options expired.
