Message: Delayed Filing: You now know, what you suspected…so what?

LO_L8_NC         What you suspected.... so what, you ask?

To each his own. You want to be happy and trusting of everything happening at ELVA that's fine with me. I got no problem with that. But, after 20 yrs, I've learnt, not only with ELVA, but many other smaller companies, the devil is in the details. I've seen it enough times as they hold negative info until forced to release it and blindside investors just as they've been flooding you with a positive narrative as much as possible. Not saying this is the case but we need transparency and timeliness as much as possible so please don't dismiss or demeanor my questions. I've also been at this a long time.

And who uses the word "grousing"? FWIW I'm not angry at all, because if I were, I would sell this stock like I have it and others in the past. Just not happy with certain events which is perfectly reasonable and rational.

   - As mentioned, the delay is harmful to the trust and credibility ELVA has been working to build
   - I mentioned it, but sure never expected it to be released Friday 6PM of Christmas long weekend
   - Term sheet expected to be worked out shortly. Months later still not a word.

The comforting part is a Hedge Fund acquiring a 10% stake which WOULD entitle them to full and complete disclosure. Just not sure if they got full disclosure after they acquired 10%, or somewhere along the way. If they stick around, should be reassuring.

I hope it's mostly housekeeping issues with new auditor but none of us will know for sure until we clear this.

BTW    new IR in last PR.  What's up with Jason Roy? Still there?
