Yesterday, they put out the business update before FLUX put out their Q4/YE.

With ELVA now making profits and FLUX still leaking, makes for some interesting specuation.

FLUX has better sales reach. They don't produce their won cells.

ELVA will be looking to expand into CA sooner than later. Could easily accommodate FLUX's backlog

Wonder if the $100m shelf was intended for a buyout?!
