This presentation comes about the time ELVA will have their unaudited Q4 financial available.

A tidbit from Q3- JG stated that production at Kitimat production reached over $1m per week.

If you add in modest numbers from Precision. Q4 will be +$15m. So they beat their '23 forecast and make a tidy profit.

They will likely also have their forecast for '24.

Throw in the sign off on grants and loans, new OEMs.
