It is awfully strange that the price of ELVA has dropped down to near 52 week low !  Something must be going on.  The fact that Electrovaya will be presenting at two different investment conferences Monday and Tuesday adds to the suspense.  It could be that an issue of more shares is expected ?  I would not think that would be needed unless the current lending banks require 100% cash ++ to complete the loan agreement for the Jamestown construction.

BUT, I am a dreamer and dream big.  There is something going on with the DOE!!  That said, anything going on with the DOE will cost money.   I believe that before I did anything with the DOE I would say, "Show me the money".
