The first of September Electrovaya will start moving production equipment and  raw materials to assemble the low voltage modules.  These are the modules used in fork lifts.  Production will start by the first of October.  This will add capacity to the overall capacity of Electrovaya but also the modules coming off the production line in Jamestown will be "assembled in the US" and qualify for a rebate from the US Government for Electrovaya and the customer.   This should translate into a slight increase in profitibility.

This will be the first fisical quarter of 2024 for Electrovaya which is effected by seasonality of some of it's customers.  Seasonality will be reduced somewhat this year as a couple of new customers will not be effected by it so they will be taking up some of the slack. 

Electrovaya will most likely be able to assemble this production line from free cash flow and will not necessarily have to borrow money.  Every quarter that passes, Electrovaya gets stronger as production increases.
