Yes and that is because there are really no true "Market Makers (MM) (Firms executing trades other than on an agency basis) in this name. Firms that "Make Markets" use their own capital, as Principal, to facilitate trades. A true MM goes Long (buying from sellers, usually as a brokers broker) or shorting to a client or another Broker Dealer in buying their order flow. Not until we see real Buyside Institutions actively looking to initiate positions will we get serious, true Market Makers in EFLVD/ELVA, in the meantime good PR and positive financial momentum will cause those "playing around making a small market in the stock" to provide liquidity and they’ll have to chase their tails trying to get back in their facilitating shorts or tap bids to reduce what they bought to facilitate sellers. Either way it will create action in the name and draw every type of trader to the name.
