Some points I noted...
Covered Battery day 5 mins.
-Infinity- 3rd party test 14,000 cycles; road map to higher density cells (slide 20), EV52.
-SSB- Ceramic separator to be made in house. Currently at 6 layer pouch cells
-Will out grow the Jamestown (JT) facility in a few years.
-Scale adoption of Infinity to be 10x by 2027.
-Mississauga production line is a test for JT. JT will have the 2.0 version. Similarly in cell production 2.0 or the contractor operation.
-Close to getting funding.
-Mississauga facility has room to increase capacity.
-JT facility is needed for US content on buses and to get the IRA.
Thing to look forward to:
-Financing JT
Government backed debt. No near term financing is needed. Any financing on the facility will be non-dilutive
-NASDAQ listing- Either this Q or next.
Access to customers, production, investorbase liquidity.
TSX is more commodity driven.
-Sales; New OEMs.
