BTW, that 100 mil shelf Prospectus isn't that unusual. WIN/QTRH used the same tactic in case a patent portfolio or company came along that was a good buy. I'm sure there's many others. Just because it's 100mil, doesn't mean they would issue it all. If it was for a major growth initiative, EFL could pull it all off WITH Broker or Institutional support. But I agree, everytime they finance, it messes up stock stability to unscrupulous brokers looking to manipulate. If the SEC wants to cleanup, eliminating this kind of "standard deal" nonsense is a good start. They make a ridiculous amount on fees, then want more blood with 1/2 priced warrants. BS
