I am sorry Loneeagle.  I got the wrong Jupiter Power.  I see Jupiter is heavily into the grid tied energy storage business.  I am sure they could benefit from Electrovaya's Infinity Battery.  They would make a nice OEM customer.

Electrovaya has always built their own equipment and got it patented.  I doubt they would be interested in a full out merger.  Then again I have been wrong before.
