Steven Berkenfeld was hired as a consultant about 1 Dec 2021.  Consultants are hired for a specific period of time.  I would assume his time is about up if it was a 1 year contract.  So, what has he done?   His work is not evident yet!  Is that about to change?  Will we get some major announcement next week with the Thanksgiving Holiday and all?  Oh,  This is a Canadian company so they already had their Thanksgiving holiday.

When he was first hired I had a wildAGuess that Electrovaya was going to split in two.  The Lab would be one half owning the SSB patent, the cathode patent, the anode patent and the patents for the process lines, both Infinity and SSB.

The other half would be the Infinity Production ie Jamestown and 2 more.  It would merge with a third company to do the production.  So now it looks like we will see how far off I was.  I have been waiting a year.

I think it would take a Steven Berkenfeld to help guide Electrovaya thru this process.  Now How about a 2 for 1 split.  For each share you own you will get 1 share of each new company.  Merry Christmas!
