While many of you have been putting puzzle pieces together re: a Western NY State deal, kudos to you all, the rest of the world including the NY State Assemblymen and County Supervisors have been "hoping" (click the link that I posted earlier today) that the Governoress would annoint Electrovaya. 

Now that she has, with NYS as a partner raising $75-100 million will not be all that difficult. Many agencies will be extremely helpful as State Representatives put on the full court press to remake the "rust belt" into the green belt.

Stock significance:Clean Energy investors know the Biden Administration will provide matching funds, as well as valuable tradeable credits (see Tesla's quarterly reports on Credits) an added layer of leverage that institutional investors look for while most retail investors hardly understand their value.

I see a player like a BorgWarner, wanting to bolt on an EVB maker to its EV Drive Motor business. 

Lastly, Western NY State is a leader in technology and green initiatives, and is the envy of many other municipalities within NY as well the United States.
