If you are sensitive to these things, I have noticed that anything to do with Infinity cells it is implied if not stated that this was an Electrovaya product, which it is!

When ever they talk about the solid state cell they reference Electrovaya Labs which created it.  My guess is that the patent is or will be in Electrovaya Labs name.  All of the money going towards the SScell came from the R&D budget, even the manufacturing process and pilot production.  I just get the feeling there is going to be a split coming with Electrovaya taking the Infinity cell and the Lab taking the SScell.  I think this would only happen if one half of the company was to merge with another company to produce the cells in quantity.

Anyway things are getting a little excitement when you see EFL moving up instead of down!!
