They worked with EFL on the bus battery project a couple of year back ( Thanks Hogey).

They are also the right size to move into Precision Way.

Their only EOM client is New Flyer.

Looks to me like Precision Way will be a battery supply and replacement facility

If that is the case, then I can see Sustainable Energy running the Jamestown Plant and paying Electrovaya a lisence fee.  Electrovaya has always said they do not want to be in the cell/pack production business.  A Joint venture is possible.  Sustainable Energy management will most likely be Richard Halka.  Just my WAG!
