Yes,  That possibly is the reason for the hiring.  If Electrovaya has received a Purchase Order from  Vicinity Motors then we should get a PR soon,  Maybe they are waiting until the first of the month to make sales announcements.

They (Electrovaya) owe us a PR concerning the Jamestown Plant,  When one company buys the building and another supplies the technology.  Just how is this going to work?  Is this a licensing of technology?  Which company is going to operate the plant?  How are the profits going to be split up?  This is MATERIAL information!  Looks like they are waiting to make an announcement until the grand opening which is months away.  Else they are waiting on some sort of funding from the state of NY which is most likely.
