1 Precision Way is bought by  Sustainable Energy Jamestown LLC ( look at who the partners are). My guess, there should be a ground breaking cermony soon as this a $40M project that all the politician will want their photo op. according to the application below (confirmed May 13), project work on the building should commence Q3 22.
