May I add ... I asked my broker last year about protecting my shares from shorters.  He told me they cannot borrow my shares unless they were purchased on margin.  Those of us that own our shares in equity are safe.  

We call Electrovaya "Elf" at our house!  They may bring us some Christmas magic.
