It's come to my attention of the Yahoo board, there is an organized group of individuals zig zagging down the price of Electrovaya stock.  Their goal is to drop the stock price to $.40 then on down to $.14.  Electrovaya has been notified and they have alerted their legal team.  At least one whistleblower complaint has been filed with OSC.  Someone suggested the legal process would uncover their identities and they can be dealt with but that takes time.

It would be fun if a bunch of us bought more stock and increased the price to cause a short squeeze.  They would get killed in a margin call. 

This is a group of kids, but I realized from reading the boards, they are being led by an adult. This adult appears to have enough assets to make this scheme hurtful to Electrovaya investors.

We need better sales numbers, more profit and more volume to combat this piracy.  That's the easiest solution.  Unfortunately, our new quarter numbers don't come out until early August.
