Electrovaya is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Raj Das Gupta as CEO, and a member of the Company's Board of Directors. Das Gupta has been a member of Electrovaya's management team since 2009. Sankar Das Gupta, Electrovaya's co-founder, Chairman and previous CEO, takes up the role of Executive Chairman.

 

Just setting the stage for a reorganization to come.  Once Electrovaya acquires a building in NY, they will most likely build 2 production lines.  The first will be the EV44 line to augment production of that cell.  They will also build a module assembly line to make more of the current module that is gaining momentum in the industry.

The second production line will most likely be for the new solid state cell.  The first line will be proof of concept for the automated production line just like the EV44 line.

 

Acording to the presentation they are beginning to negotiate with potential partners.  This will ultimately lead to expansion and reorganization.  (Read posible joint ventures)  So the need to get young management some experience.  JMHO
