"Breakthrough" is usually a powerful enough word to generate interest in a company's stock..,this should have been queued up for Institutional Investor interest by the recently added Steven Berkenfeld, Special Advisor to the CEO and Board.

His extensive experience in investment banking, focus on Cleantech, along with his expertise in environmental & social impact and sustainability, are tremendous additions to our company.
Let's put that experience to good use for the sake of all stakeholders.

As with Quantumscape (QS) when there breakthrough announcement came it  moved the stock mightily, because they were well positioned in the Institutional Investor crowd.
