Yes.  The word that I received from this interview is Capacity Constrained !

Did he say they have asked the Chinese to increase production capacity?  I think that is what I heard and the two new production facilities here in the US. 

So it appears one $6mil customer has them Capacity constrained !

It must be they can not take the Vicinity order as they do not have enough capacity??  Else,  they have the Vicinity order and can not take others.  Oh well,  time will tell.  It is time to get moving on building more production capacity in the US and/or Canada.  Maybe both. 

I think it is funny when these investment guys ask in a conference call if they could add a little color to the subject.  We need a little more color on the subject.
