There appears to be a lot developing behind the scenes with EFL and the future looks very exciting but I'm going to reserve opinion on exactly what that might be as I find we're usually incorrect in our speculations. I do hope you're on to something as it would be fantastic for our investment here. And it sounds like we might get a taste of what that is, soon. Hiring a Banker, buying equipment, shelf Prospectus and spinnig off the Labs appear to be a part of something much bigger. I'm just losing patience waiting. Been trading this since 2004 and done very well but still looking for the mother of all breakouts. 

The companies that have chosen to use EFL's UL batteries speaks volumes to their success at this point. Now it's time to bust out with revs and growth partnerships. I would suspect institutional buying should start to pick up also. Pretty hard to keep all this a secret.
