Maybe what is holding up the Vicinity Motors announcement is the solid state cell. They couldn't be waiting on that as it will be a while before UL certification? After all there is not even enough testing been done yet.
What if the cell is sooooo good that they are willing to wait?? Or so much cheaper to buy!
