First deliveries to Skydome from Vicinity for 5 vehicles starts Quarter 2 of 2022.  I would think that Electrovaya would make an announcement sometime in March if not sooner.  Maybe we will hear something by this past quarters conference call.  If they don't announce, then I would expect someone to ask about that situation.

Purchase agreements historically take a while to negotiate.  The lawyers for both companies are involved.  The agreement stipulates all the possible situations like FOB.  When does Vicinity take posession?  When Electrovaya loads it onto a carriers truck or when It Is off loaded onto Vicinity's receiving dock?  Warranty, all possible senarions.  What is covered and for how many years into it's service?  All of this takes time, especially for the first shippment.....  I am trying to be patient..
