Need to check and verify these announcements are "EFL team direct sales" and don't count towards the Raymond $15mil min.

EFL has said for last 2 yrs they no longer have visibility into the OEM sales as Raymond is now handling them from start to finish. They aren't involved. So based on that information, these announcements should be over and above the Raymond min purchases.

Just need to be sure there are no games being played with the numbers. If they are over and above, this is terrific.
