The US Government grants money for Infrastructure (City Busses) and is enphasizing electric vehicles.  If cities and county governments receive a grant to buy electric busses, it comes with strings.  The busses and batteries must be manufactured in the US.  Proterras battery is US made.  So it looks like Vicinity expects to sell 600 busses/trucks in the US over the next two and a half years to this customer.

In Canada Vicinity is free to offer the best battery and may also see the benefit of Canadian government grants to city/provincial governments.  I would not think the market in Canada is as big as the US, so 600 is probably a bit high.

In any case we are now seeing an uptick in orders for forklift batteries which will sustain EFL as the bus/truck market developes. 

Additionally the Solid State battery under development is also comming over the horizon.  All in all the future is getting brighter for Electrovaya.  If the solid state battery is twice as good and costs half as much to produce then the future is very good.  Can't wait.  Bring it on!
