The addition of Steven Berkenfield to the team signals to me that Electrovaya is preparing for Corporate restructuring.  What I mean by that is I think the company is going to split off the Lab to it's own company.  I think that will be a good move as it is a prepatory step.  This will prepare the way for the production part of Electrovaya to merge with another company.  And yes I have already picked out the other company.  It is a private company, no stock.

That leaves the Lab by it's self.  What will the Lab consist of with Lab personnel and Engineers?  The Lab will own the pattents to the new solid state cell.  The Lab will own the Pilot plant for the solid state cell.  Electrovaya will get a partner to finance construction of a new solid state cell and battery module plant.  That should also attract government money.  Wonder why Electrovaya has not gotten a government grant ??  They are not quite ready yet.  They need to adjust their corporate structure.

Anyway for what it is worth.  That is what I think is happening.
