Just like the article said "They have no money to develop, go to production" of their new solid state cell.  It does appear however;  they have a pilot plant under construction in Michigan.  With an operational pilot plant they will be able to attract an investment.

I keep hearing rumors of $100mil investment.

I keep hearing government environmental grants.

I keep hearing prospective partner.

Something will turn up.  The annual report will be interesting but also the announcements that will follow in Dec/Jan should be good ones.
