Then you have to ask your self, "Why would the split off the Lab"?  I think splitting off the lab is a preparatory step to a merger or the forming of two seperate companies.  JMHO  If they are doing that then an NDA would be in place.

I said preparatory because I do not think anything is going to happen soon.  More like 4 to 6 month down the road.  I am just slowly accumulating and watching.

The problem that is getting in the way is the economy.
