Agreed.
Yet, ... by not doing so, they did end up doing financings along the way at much lower penny prices (less than $1.00) numerous times, that did exactly as they hoped not to do (increase the outstanding) for a pitance. Maybe notsomuch in 2016, but it has been a regular occurrence. That's how we got to 138mil shares outstanding. That's a headscratcher. Never a financing at a healthy price, all at penny prices. That said, Sankar has never sold and he has stepped up with his personal backing when needed.
