I had this question for you a while back and am still not clear on the answer. When you mention cell manufacturing plant are you meaning assembly of the cells into the final battery configuration or actual manufacture of the cells? 

I've been under the impression that they were fine with having cells sent over from Asia and that they still have the capacity to expand their assembly lines (one shift to multiple shifts, one line to multiple lines).

It doesn't seem to me that they have the capital available to purchase either a cell manufacturing facility or an assembly facility.

I'm curious to hear what you've heard.
