Well, right now Toyota (Raymond) is using Electrovaya battery modules to build out their new fork lift batteries.  If they are hiring an engineer to build a battery management system, then it looks like they are planning to make the cells in the future.  That would mean either a lisenceing agreement or a joint venture on a new cell production plant.  The plant that Electrovaya is in the process of refitting the cell manufacturing line on right now.  So that retrofit is taking place where?  Michigan or Indiana!  I think this is shaping up to be a great Summer.... JMHO

PS:  I thought the Electrovaya partner was LAC as they are also talking partnership, but it looks like Toyota.  It couldn't possibly be a 3 way could it??
