You probably already have a good idea, but will not speculate.   I on the other hand have no problem speculating.  Chances are that that is where the cell manufacturing plant is going in.  Maybe not Chicago but a town near by.  I do not think Electrovaya will announce anything soon an they tend to do and tell you after -- what they have done.  I think this is because of the history of the short sellers.  I know they are now active again against Electrovaya as their nemesis has shown back up.

More speculation.... It looks like they are building out the cell plant on the cheap, or should I say on a test mode to prove out the concept at scale.  This would be a prepatory step toward a joint venture or an all out merger.
