Mark Spencer,  I think we are talking about two different things.  Cell production is in Taiwan.  A second shift as I read it is assembling battery moduels into completed batteries in Missasuagua.  Some of that has been rolled off to Raymond. 

I do think a second battery cell production facility is being designed.  Maybe they will tell us a little about in at the next conference call.
