Nasdaq listing costs almost $1mil per year and there are additional reporting requirements. i have a company that went that route hoping for big things to happen and they ended up leaving Nasdaq years later. Nothing changed. Interest from US investors never materialized
If EFL is hoping to grow and prosper like PLUG power, all the power to them.
Share consolidations are usually negative. In most cases, undertaken by companies in trouble to reduce huge share counts and give the ilusion of healthy SP. Unfortunately, the SP continues to trend down after the consolidation in those cases. EFL's share count isn't too bad at the moment. If they have the goods and growth to justify, it could work out in this case. i think they only need to stay above $2.00 USD for the Naz.
