Well there are 2 obvious possibilities.

1.  They are assisting with the electric buss project, but I don't think so.

2.  They are once again trying to design their own electric car.  Remember the old something300?  The next quarterly conference call should get a question on this subject.  All they can say is we don't comment on R&D projects.
