Welcome HellsBells,

You have every right to be disappointed with performance to date. I'm sure all of us will agree to that. It's also been difficult to read each poster's exact position when having to deal with the excessive bashing and personal attacks over the last number of years. The extreme noise and abuse have forced some posters to counterbalance the narrative making them "appear" like pumpers apologizing for Sankar's failed attempts to grow the company when in reality, they too have valid concerns about where this all goes from here.

We appear to be in the middle of quite a storm at the moment. Tax loss selling ended Friday, more financings, and anxiety over next weeks financial report. A lot of speculation and stuff to sort through trying to determine if we are finally on some sort of growth run or merely a few Q's of some sales. Hogey did a very good job of summarizing everything going on at the moment and by that account, it would appear, EFL is "finally" selling batteries.

MMCAP appears to have assumed the roll of financing all this which is extremly interesting. One of their specialties happens to be takeovers and each PP dilutes Sankar's control over the company. I really don't understand why Halka never took advantage to finance at the higher SP. Boggles the mind to find them doing this at 0.60, again! In any matter, one must ask themselves what MMCAP is up to. They are a +10% holder now and entitled to far more info than you or I and are pumping more capital into EFL at a time many on these boards believe to be a waste of time. I've also noticed TD vacuuming up a lot of shs as others sell. Ones first intuition lately would be to run for the exit but my senses tell me something of significance "may" be going on. MMCAP doesn't dump capital in a drowning company and a buyer (short covering) doesn't need to vacuum up shs if the SP is eventually going to zero. We defintely need more info.

Merry Christmas to the Good Guys
